The staff was friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. The freshly cooked, homely food was delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel was great, although the access could have been better. The hotel also provided car washing service in the morning, a nice touch. The breakfast served was also enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The best aspects were the fine view from our balcony, the delicious breakfast served on it, and the friendly and helpful staff who were always there to assist us. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to all the famous landmarks.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

The European Complex in Bhurban was really nice with its spacious rooms, fine landscape, and excellent hospitality provided by the owner, Mr Muhammad Ameer. The free room upgrade and 270-degree view made our stay nice. The staff was hospitable and accommodating, providing amenities like Wi-fi and toiletries. The food, although limited due to off-season, was great. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated near the thick pine tree jungle and beautiful walking tracks, providing a peaceful and scenic environment. the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, and the well-maintained, clean rooms offer comfortable stays. Guests can enjoy good quality food and fantastic heating facilities, providing a cozy and relaxing experience.
The hotel needs to improve its Wi-Fi connectivity and backup arrangements during power outages.

Our romantic escape was overall satisfying. We appreciated the beautiful location surrounded by nature and enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making our stay more comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food served in their restaurant.
There were some negative aspects of our experience. The wifi connection was poor, which made it difficult for us to stay connected with our loved ones.
